A “How To” Guide for the Festival of Lights
Hanukkah, the Festival of Lights, comes when we need it the most, at the darkest time of the year. The holiday can give us a glimmer of light and inspiration just as the secular calendar comes to an end. We can then enter the New Year with a renewed sense of hope.
What would Hanukkah be without latkes and soufganyiot, the yummy jelly-filled donuts? Well, certainly it would not be as festive. Here are some mouth-watering recipes for making your celebration delicious and in keeping with the holiday’s tradition.
